America's fast-growth entrepreneurs see mileage in a team approach
Article Abstract:
A study of 900 CEOs of major US entrepreneurial operations by Ernst and Young found that decisions in 94% of the companies studied are made by teams, usually top management, rather than a single individual. These CEOs possess astute intuitive skills not only in business decisions but in their selection of top management members. Levels of management, corporate performance communication and financial operations are also discussed.
