B2B seller competence: construct development and measurement using a supply chain strategy lens
Article Abstract:
There is little information available on the infrastructural competencies needed for manufacturers involved in Internet-enabled business-to-business (B2B) activities with downstream customers. A structured, two-stage method is used to develop a set of multi-item measures that tap into the soft competencies required in B2B commerce is presented.
