Australian cricket player Steve Waugh has signed an agreement with IXLA, committing him to showing his travel photography on IXLA's Internet portal PhotoHighway.com.au. The U.S. version, PhotoHighway.com, the world's first digital camera portal, expects to make money through electronic commerce transactions, including photos and services; re-licensing marketing data; and sponsorship and advertising. The portal is designed as a one-stop shop for everyone in the digital photography market--consumers, vendors, and photographers.
