Article Abstract:
L. Felipe Monteiro and Julian Birkinshaw studied the knowledge flow of 171 marketing subsidiaries of multinational corporations. The study which focused particularly in 'problemistic search' showed that knowledge outflows tend to de determined by the recipients perception of information source. Other details of the study are discussed.
