Annual compounded growth in the 1990s has been 12%, and fees will total $6.5 million in 1999. Consultation includes medical, construction, capital tax gains, property syndication, and tax asset sales. Hart works with families and farmers, as well as large firms. Rural clients account for 20% of fees. Rural services include turnkey property funding and financial planning.
