The Finance Sector Union's (FSU) campaign to promote an ANZ Banking Group branch manager, Joy Buckland as the director of a large publicly listed company may fail but it expects to bring issues of employees and customers to the attention of shareholders and the wider community. The other accomplishments of the Finance Sector Union (FSU) along with the advantages of the existing strategy are presented.
