Bosnia-Herzegovina: four charged with crimes against Serbs
Article Abstract:
Three Bosnian Muslims and one Bosnian Croat were charged with war crimes that occurred during the civil war in Bosnia-Herzegovina. The alleged crimes took place at a detainment camp for Bosnian Serbs called Celebici, and include sex crimes, torture and murder. They are the first non-Serbs to be charged.

Cease-fire goes into effect in Bosnia-Herzegovina after Bosnian government delays
Article Abstract:
The cease-fire between Bosnia-Herzegovina and Croatia took effect Oct 12, 1995, two days after it was supposed to be implemented because utilities in Sarajevo took longer to restore. All sides in the civil war fought to gain territory at the last minute.
