Serbian Pres Slobodan Milosevic, Bosnian Pres Alija Izetbegovic and Croatian Pres Franjo Tudjman met on Nov 1, 1995, in Dayton, OH, to discuss a US-brokered peace agreement. The tentative plan would split Bosnia into two republics, with Muslims and Croats getting 51% and Serbs, 49%.
