Article Abstract:
Many people, including most economists, from the 1950s to the late 1970s, emphasized the role of the budget in 'fine-tuning' the economy and it is found the ways the Federal Government's annual budget is framed and analyzed have changed. Budget score high marks for their contribution to economic stability.
