Bullying can have a serious impact on the effectiveness of any organisation that allows the practice to continue. The prevalence of bullying in the workplace in the UK, the sort of situation within an organisation that is likely to foster bullying and efforts that can be made to stamp it out are examined.

On learning the value of things

Lessons in putting value to things are presented. It was learned that the value of a thing increases as its supply decreases, as in the case of the environment. Tips for sustainable development are also provided.
