'Business Week' gains court hearing

Business Week magazine has been granted a review of a permanent restraining order on its publication of an article which used sealed court documents. In seeking a reversal of the restraining order with the US 6th Circuit Court of Appeals, Business Week said the suit may set a precedent for other First Amendment cases.

V-E Day commemorations held
