A SURVEY CONDUCTED BY THE OPINION RESEARCH CORP. OF PRINCETON, N.J. FOUND THAT APPROXIMATELY THREE QUARTERS OF UNITED STATES CORPORATIONS HAVE WRITTEN CODES OF ETHICS BUT ONLY IN ONE-THIRD OF THE CASES ARE THEY DISTRIBUTED TO ALL EMPLOYEES. THE FINDINGS OF THE SURVEY ARE DISCUSSED.
