StarCo Developments' Noosa Springs residential resort project has an unusual marketing strategy. The complex is being promoted as residential real estate and the golf course is seen as a bonus and is expected to be completed much later. This has resulted in reduced marketing expenditure. The Starkey family is involved in the development and the Commonwealth Bank is providing $70 million for the project.
