Change management in merger-focused companies
Article Abstract:
An analysis of change management in companies involved in mergers. Change management keeps to a minimum the disruption caused by the changes to a business that are inherent in the merger process and adds a degree of comfort to employees from both organisations. Change management has the potential to enhance team spirit and a sense of belonging to a new organisation.

Working with emergent change of organizations

A comparison of practices adopted by consultants for managing emergent transitions in organizations is presented by using a spiral model, and the three main factors leading to an organizational transition are discussed.
