This article explores how coaching can help overcome stress in leaders on two levels. Firstly, it helps them to develop positive self-concept and thereby unleashes their creativity and confidence. Secondly, it makes them shift their focus from seeing the world through their eyes towards viewing it from others perspective, which helps them to work better with their team and develop a common vision for the organizationEs success.
