Charging it the Diners Club way

Diners Club charges retail exchange rate plus a 1.5% commission and this is not favorable to the customers. Some customers complained about the charges in relation to the Indonesian Rupiah and have received a refund. Diners Club admits to some administrative errors but points to its 82% customer satisfaction rate on foreign exchange dealings.
