China, Taiwan sign cooperation pacts

China and Taiwan have signed four agreements that promote better relations between the two countries. The first two agreements expedite the delivery of letters and other documents. The third sets a schedule for future talks and the fourth identifies topics for future discussion.

Mexico: 11 pacts signed with U.S
Article Abstract:
The US and Mexico signed 11 pacts at the 1996 US-Mexico Binational Commission. The pacts included such issues as immigrants' rights, money laundering, environmental pollution controls and tightened security along the border and are meant to ease relations between the countries.
