Chretien grabs protester at rally

Chretien pushed and shoved protester William Clennett on Feb 15, 1996, after Chretien finished making a speech commemorating Flag Day in Hull, Quebec. Although Clennett was protesting cuts in unemployment benefits, the incident was largely interpreted as a nationalist vs separatist issue.
