Coal/alternate energy industry
Article Abstract:
The coal and alternate energy industry has become limited to two stocks after the acquisition of Zeigler Coal by AEI Resources during the 3rd qtr of 1998, and the companies comprising the industry are expected to acquire others in the future. Both AES Corp and CalEnergy Co have had problems in the overseas markets, but both have also recovered on Wall Street. These stocks, although volatile, are recommended for purchase for adventuresome investors.
