Coca-Cola Amatil Ltd. (CCA) is under investigation by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission for the possible breach of sections 46 and 47 of the Trade Practices Act. CCA is allegedly misusing its market power by offering retailers cash, discounts, gifts and equipment loans in exchange for exclusively distributing Coca-Cola products.
