Conflict Management for Effective Top Management Teams and Innovation in China
Article Abstract:
Studies show that conflict management contributes to the effectiveness of top management teams, which may make organizations more innovative. Data are drawn from 378 executives from 105 Chinese organizations who completed avoiding, competitive, and cooperative conflict management measures.

An Empirical Test of Cognitive Style and Strategic Decision Outcomes
Article Abstract:
Cognitive style was found to influence not only actual decision outcomes for executives, but also how others perceive an executive's decision performance. Cognitive styles studied included sensing/feeling, intuiting/thinking, judging, perceiving, introversion, and extroversion.
