Chief executives taking over the reins of the company must always tread with caution in the first few months on their job primarily because their staff scrutinizes all their moves. Experts suggest that any new boss must gather maximum information possible before making any moves that could alter the structure of the company but of course one has to take decisions on a case-to-case basis.
