Ethnographies in the front end: designing for enhanced customer experiences

Ethnographic research provides beneficial perspectives in product innovation lifecycle. A study examining the key aspects and approaches to identify relevant customer experiences, critical dimension of customer experiences offering hidden opportunities for innovative product design and role of ethnographic studies in defining new product concepts, is presented.
