Companies that want to expand globally should control costs, according to the example of Hoyts, an Australian conglomerate that decided to focus on motion picture screens. Globalisation gives Hoyts new markets in 12 countries, and 60% of its income is derived from foreign business. Companies can also save in tax outlays by moving the business headquarters to a foreign country.
