Article Abstract:
The relationship within the context of firm level entrepreneurial orientation and the heterogeneity within management affecting firm performance are evaluated. The results showing complexity among the variables and practical implications are discussed.

Article Abstract:
The gender diversity's interactions with organizational culture and growth orientation were evaluated against organizational-level performance measures. The findings helped to reconcile the conflicting results of past diversity-performance research.
