Clinton sets rules for teenage mothers
Article Abstract:
Pres Bill Clinton said that he would require teenage mothers to attend school or have their welfare benefits cut off. Teenage mothers would also be required to live at home with their parents or another adult guardian. Clinton based his new rules on a successful program in Ohio.

Senate backs strict lobbyist rules
Article Abstract:
The Senate passed a bill by a vote of 98-0 on Jul 25, 1995, that imposes stiffer regulations on lobbyists. If the bill is approved in the House, it will require lobbyists to register, report who they represent and how much they earn. 'Grass-roots' lobbyists will be exempt.
