Drug-makers' suit settlement rejected

A $408.9 million settlement proposed by 15 drug manufacturers was rejected by a judge who ruled that the retail pharmacies who filed the price-fixing suit in 1994 had enough evidence to warrant a trial over a settlement. Retail pharmacies claimed that manufacturers did not give them price breaks.
