Article Abstract:
The majority of the markets served by the electrical equipment industry have become sluggish after the terrorist attacks of Sep 11, 2001, and this expected to remain the case. The drop in consumer confidence and rise in unemployment will have negative influences, as well. Investors need to be selective when evaluating commitments to this industry.
