English fans riot at soccer match

Irish authorities canceled a soccer game between the UK and Ireland on Feb 15, 1995, after a group of British youth began rioting during the first half of the game. The youth chanted anti-IRA slogans and gave Nazi-style salutes. Irish police had been warned in advanced of a possible riot.

Sarajevo reunited after Bosnian Serb exodus
Article Abstract:
Sarajevo, Bosnia and its surrounding five suburbs were united under Moslem-Croat control on Mar 19, 1996, abiding by the terms of the 1995 peace accord. Of the 70,000 Serbs who had lived in the region, only around 7,000 remained. Many of those fleeing engaged in looting and arson.
