Entrepreneurship's requisite areas of development: a survey of top executives in successful entrepreneurial firms
Article Abstract:
The information needed to train future successful entrepreneurs was obtained from 100 top executives of the most successful entrepreneurial firms. These respondents were also asked whether these areas for entrepreneurial development could be taught, what areas could be prioritized and how these could be taught effectively. Four areas of entrepreneurial development were established: content areas of knowledge; skill and behavior areas of knowledge; mentality factors and personality characteristics.

Small business and supply chain management: Is there a fit?
Article Abstract:
Based on data collected from a recent study of 421 senior production managers, an examination of how supply chain management (SCM) impacts small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) is overviewed. The findings, showing negative association of SCM with SME performance, are discussed, and the reasons for the result are detailed.
