Ted Bell, the worldwide creative director of Young and Rubicam, has selected Jim Ferguson, formerly of DDB Needham and Leo Burnett, to be the president, chief creative officer at Young and Rubicam, New York. Bell's plan is for Ferguson to continue the existing momentum of the agency and make it the most creative big agency.
