Australian business executives have poor eating habits that could lead to heart disease and other ailments. Nutritionist Susan Anderson claims that executives as young as in their 30s have terrible eating habits due to busy schedules. Convenience food is often a trap for those with busy schedules, and Anderson maintains there is a need for nutritionists to teach executives how to achieve a work/lifestyle balance.
