A great number of businesses have opened kiosks selling everything from simple freshly squeezed juice to shakes and meal-replacement smoothies. The fresh juice craze started in the Melbourne suburb of Epping in 1996, when a fruit shop owner, Joe D'Angelis, started selling two-litre bottles of freshly squeezed juice.
