Article Abstract:
A possibility exists with regards to the occurrence of disruptive consequences on the intellectual, emotional and social lives of managers and students if critical reflection is to be utilized in adult and management education. A phenomenographical research by Brookfield reveals that adoption of critical reflection might result in impostorship in which doubting of one's worthiness to question eminent scholars' ideas occurs. It may also result to despair related to contemplation of the consequences of undertaking a radical analysis of profession.
