High court rejects bid on abortion pill
Article Abstract:
The Supreme Court ruled against the return of RU-486 abortion pills to a pregnant woman who had obtained them on a trip to the UK. Leona Benten was acting as a volunteer for Abortion Rights Mobilization. RU-486 is banned by the Food and Drug Administration.
