How to attract and retain top talent
Article Abstract:
Many businesses appreciate that their employees are a valuable asset. One approach to thinking about staff, which should promote good recruitment, motivation and retention practices, is to perceive employees as customers. This perception ensures their place within the profit focus and encourages managers to consider the needs of their staff. Human resource managers who apply this sort of thinking to employment will be able to apply techniques used in other management disciplines to attract and cultivate a loyal customer base.
