Impact of country-of-origin dimensions on product quality and design quality perceptions
Article Abstract:
Product quality and design quality perceptions of consumers tend to be affected by country-of-origin dimensions. Consumers' perception involving product quality is found to be effected by country-of-assembly and country-of-parts dimensions. On the other hand, perception involving design quality is found to be influenced by country-of-design concept. Design quality perception becomes affected by part-source country when the good being considered is being manufactured in Mexico.

Does involvement moderate time-dependent biases in consumer multiattribute judgment?
Article Abstract:
The degree and timing of involvement affect the behavior of consumers when it comes to purchasing of goods. Consumers' judgements tend to be negative whenever there is high degree of involvement and the involvement was induced before or during the acquisition of product information. On the other hand, positive bias results whenever the degree of involvement is low and the involvement was induced in delay.
