Two Australian superannuation funds, The Australian Retirement Fund (ARF) and the Superannuation Trust of Australia (STA) plans' to merge are in process. Their main shareholders, the Australian Council of Trade Unions (ACTU) and the Australian Industry Group (AIG) support the view that unions' decision be considered before the approval.
