International economic outlook
Article Abstract:
The German Ifo Institute conducted the recent Economic Survey International (ESI) among 400 business leaders from 66 countries to gain a clear understanding about the current worldwide economic trends. It found that the current global economic climate is way below the "satisfactory" threshold. In Japan, for instance, it was noted that recovery from the economic crisis will take some time, at least six months, when the investment and consumption are expected to increase.
