Analysis of the ratio of investments recommended by Standard and Poor's Investment Policy Committee is presented. It may be noted that the committee suggests equity exposure of 60%, even though bond market looks more attractive. Committee also restricts the investment in foreign securities to 15%, even though more than 50% of world's equity market value is outside United States.
