Historian Paul Johnson coined the words ethe law of unintended effectsE, which refer to inefficient implementation of the intentions of the management. An example of the law is the considerate intention of the management, which can generate both gratitude as well as anger if the improper communication results in high expectations on the part of the employee. Competent leaders dare to acknowledge their mistakes and take corrective measures to prevent the organization failures.
