Article Abstract:
No women are holding high positions in firms, according to the BRW Top 100 Accounting Firms survey. Another study by the Australian Bureau of Statistics tells that 43 percent of total chartered accountants are women and the number is increasing. The two reasons why women will be appointed in the near future are presented.
