Levels of assurance
Article Abstract:
The client and external users will influence the accountant's rating of financial statements for the non-public organization. The customer, for the non-public entity, is a company which does not have securities exchanged in the public market and does not make a filing with the government agency before the stock sale. The accountant can perform three levels of service or assurance for the non-public group. They include the review, compilation, and audit.

Article Abstract:
A good business plan should have realistic financial projections, detailed market and competitor research, proof of management experience and an effective summary. A concise plan that is clearly written and displays vision is most likely to be successful.
