Onetime Arnold Exec to Join Pile and Co. as Marketing Strategist BOSTON--Lynn Rotando will leave the top marketing post at Ocean Spray Cranberries after less than a year to join Pile and Co. Rotando, 55, will develop a marketing consulting practice at the Boston-based management consultant. "Lynn is not going to be working 60 hours a week or by the hour," said Pile and Co. founder Skip Pile. "I expect he will be on retainer" to a small group of clients, including Ocean Spray, he said.

In Ocean Spray's wake

Lynn Rotando, president and part owner of advertising agency North Castle Partners Inc., intends to move to Arnold Communications Inc. on January 1, 1997, along with North Castle's Ocean Spray Cranberries Inc. account. Rotando will become a managing partner at Arnold, helping to develop a packaged goods unit to serve Ocean Spray and other accounts. Several other executives will be moving from North Castle to Arnold as well.

Hill, Holliday Begins Reorganization

Hill, Holliday, Connors, Cosmopulos CEO Jack Connors said that he will announce a significant reorganization of senior management that will clearly define top managers' roles.
