Middle-sized business prove a happy hunting ground for a go-ahead firm

The Australian accounting firm Pitcher Partners was created by former partners of KPMG Peat Marwick's Melbourne office. The partners brought many small- to mid-sized business clients with them from KPMG with fee income of A$14 million. Fee income has now increased by almost 60% to of A$22 million, and fee income of A$24 million is forecasted for the current fiscal year.
