Milken, claimants in $1.3 billion pact

Milken's jail term reduced
Article Abstract:
District Court Judge Kimba M. Wood reduced the sentence of Michael R. Milken from 10 years to 33 months and 26 days. Milken, who was convicted of securities fraud, will be eligible for parole in Mar 1993.
