Important Australian statistics have revealed that the combined $54.6 billion revenue of Coles Myer and Woolworths is larger than the gross domestic product of more than 150 countries, which include Vietnam, Ecuador and Guatemala. Coles Myer and Woolworths control 76% of the dry grocery market in Australia, which has the most concentrated grocery market in the world.
