Havas Advertising of Paris will buy New York-based ad agency Jordan McGrath Case & Partners for an undisclosed amount but presumed to be around $60 million. Havas gains a large share of the US market in the deal; Jordan McGrath gains access to Havas' healthcare category and international reach. Havas is the 7th largest ad agency in the world with estimated billings of $7.7 billion; Jordan McGrath's estimated billings are $600 million.

Capital One Financial Corp. needs varied marketing and advertising services on a global basis, so the financial services giant hired D'Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles Communications in New York.
