New Samsung hybrid is first a Palm device, then a mobile phone. (I300 phone)

Samsung Electronics announced its entry into the market for combined hand-held computer and mobile telephone with its I300. The $500 device uses CDMA technology to provide both voice and data communications, the latter of which is displayed on a large color screen. The I300 differs from competing products by appearing primarily as a computer with a phone built in as opposed to the other way around.
