New models for measuring the R&D performance and identifying the productivity of public research institutes
Article Abstract:
Discriminant analysis with Wilks and direct methods is used to derive a technique for classifying public research and development organizations and assessing their performance. This technique is applied to 200 Italian National Research Council research institutes, and findings are included.
